LM380 power audio amplifier circuit

Electronic schematic circuit presented in this page is audio power amplifier based on the LM380 designed for consumer applications.
With few external components and many features like : wide supply voltage range , 150kΩ input impedance , low distortion , 1.3A current capability the LM830 can be used in many applications like : intercoms, alarms, ultrasonic drivers, TV sound systems, AM-FM radio and others .
The output power for this LM380 power audio amplifier circuit is around 2 watts in single way on a 8 ohms load impedance .
If we need more power than 2 watts we can connect two LM380 circuits in bridge mode like in figure below .
For this Lm380 audio power amplifier circuit we need to use a 18 volts dc power supply .
