Main features of the CAT8900 high precision reference are : Reference Voltages: 1.024 V, 1.200 V, 1.250 V, 1.800 V, 2.048 V, 2.500 V, 2.600 V, 3.000 V, 3.300 V ,  Low Supply Current: 450 nA  ; Initial Accuracy: Class A: ± 0.5 mV , Class B: ± 1.0 mV , Class C: ± 2.5 mV , Class D: ± 5.0 mV ;  Drift Performance: 20 ppm/°C .
