LTC3604 voltage regulator IC

The LTC3604 IC circuit is a high efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a phase-lockable controlled on-time current mode architecture capable of supplying up to 2.5A of output current.

The operating voltage range of the LTC3604 is from 3.6V to 15V , reason that make it suitable for a wide range of power supply applications.

The operating frequency of the LTC3604 is programmable from 800kHz up to 4MHz using an external resistor .

This power supply circuit based on the LTC3604 regulator deliver a maximum output voltage of 3.3 volts at a maximum output current of 2. 5 ampers .

The require input voltage for this LTC3604 power supply is 12 volts .

As you can see in this electronic schematic circuit the LTC3604 regulator IC require few external components that make it ideal for small circuits .
